Removing rear bumper - tips please...

I need to remove my rear M-Sport bumper to fit a new crash bar. I have done the swap previously when I changed my SE bumper and remember it was a pain to get the side fittings off. I don't want to destroy my bumper completely when I remove it and refit.

That I did not know as no online guides state this. So just pull away from the vehicle from the rear?

Yes mate. Search forum for the how to. There are a few on here and U tube. Lots of bolts, light clusters and 3 bolts below lights then straight back towards you. Best done with a helper so you don't drop it !

All done, wasn't too bad in the end. A few broken tabs but they were already broken when I installed it. Tow bar now removed thank god, new crash bar in and now my LCI diffuser fits fine
