Lease for 36 months/10000miles

money factor .00195
residual 63%

monthly with tax is 633.24. (not including MSD)

Is this a good deal? Should I take it?

Have your rep recheck his numbers because the Residual and money factors are wrong.

Should be .62 and .00230 respectively

His numbers are for a 328i/xi coupe.

I think i am just going tell him that i will take the deal and ask him for confirmation for the quote he gave me. then i will see what happens!!
