[MELB] Combox Telematics BN2000 ** SOLD **
I have a spare Combox Telematics for use with CIC nav systems. This unit allows you to stream bluetooth music, read SMS and emails from your phone and do gimmicky internet related features too.
Included is the combox unit and harness plug for the retrofit. The stock plugs are incompatible so it needs to be swapped with the supplied plug. Most of these Comboxes for sale don't include this and the plug can be quite expensive on its own. This unit will work with E series BMWs equipped with CIC as long as your software version of the CIC is up to date enough. The software must have been updated by the dealer around late 2010 or newer for it to work. Otherwise a software update is needed. This unit will work regardless of whether you have a Telematics unit or not, it won't matter. I have personally retrofitted and tested this unit on my car for the last month with no issues, works great. $250 Pickup from Ferntree Gully or buyer pays postage. Installation can be arranged at extra cost. ** SOLD **
