Bad frm module from bad LED AE?

I have a 2010 328 and the door alarm will randomly go off every 5 to 10 seconds for the driver or the passenger door when driving. It's driving me insane. This all started after one of my E92 LED AEs started going randomly on/off. I put the bulbs back to stock but no resolve.

Also randomly my key fob won't work and no matter what I do, I can't unprogram the angel eyes as DLRs with Carly.

I'm bringing my car in to the dealer for an oil change, maybe I can ask them to reset/reflash it?

I had LED AE and my FRM was shot. Had to have it replaced and everything coded again. Do you need to code something when upgrading to LED AE?
