These don't have Angel Eyes, for $60 more you can get a pair of Valeo (OEM style) LCI Halogens that have Angel Eyes like this:

I don't know about the Angel eye set or where to get those, but those Euro headlights have been recommended by the BMWCCA tech guy as about the best and brightest headlights that you can get and still have halogens. They are an improvement over the USA halogens.

Are you looking for Angel Eyes or you are just looking for better light? If for better light then yes, Euro version is known to have a better light distribution and focus (I believe difference is in reflector shape). Actually it's not really that Euro version is extraordinary, it's more that US version has poor light in the first place due to different regulations for US vs Europe

P.S. If you are looking for AEs I can PM you where to get those

I like Angel Eyes, but if they do not perform as well as the Euros, I would prefer the Euros. Mine is a 2011, produced 11/10, so those Euros won't work. Not sure if I have angel eyes already or not.

You are correct that the US legislates weak lighting. I am surprised they allow such bright LED rear taillights because I find them annoying when stopped behind a driver who keeps his foot on the brakes with those at stop lights. Xenons work well and they should be standard on a BMW.
