2017 resolutions!
So mine goes like this: Learn a pop song. By name if no effort can't be put to this.
2, beat my 15 year old self in a physical test. (physiques was used first and yeah, I hate English.) 3, Spanish, figure it out since they got all the good food in the bloodlines. 4. 12 hour max on work per day, which includes my nice "have fun at work!" Hours. That means working on a picnic, that means studying while walking the dogs will not be seen as free hours. 5. Mother fucking big ass no to all foods prepared by my mother in-law. 6. If the kids are sick (as in cold) no more weeks before sleeping properly 7. Buy a car.

Trying to get back to your 15 yr old physique might be a challenge even for you Lups .. or perhaps you meant Physics I could be in a lot of trouble here so I'll stop now
Oh yeah: Drink smart, work out a hell of a lot more and try not to snarl every time Trump opens his mouth

I found my old journal about our test results , the 12 minute coopers test, abs, back muscles, the bar in the sealing and you hauling your head above it, jumps as in night and in distance without speed, the works When I was 15, I killed my back skating. I still participated after being in bed rest for almost two months and I couldn't even do the cooper, so if I work out insanely much, fix my diet and (and this is a huge fucking if) if I stop working so much, I might... Realize... I'm not young anymore. But fuck that, I'm not eating anything bad or with ingredients that looks like they were raped by the cook this year. That's my one and only true promise.

I hated figure skating with passion, but as a coach I was epic. In my team there were some really tough gals and in order to make the team, you had to meet the standards in physical fitness (see, I can learn, I just usually don't). The results in every measured aspect were like 30% down that year, so that, that I might hit! I also have my army scores in file but there is no way in hell I'll meet those. The two other sports were getting the shit beaten off myself with ma (of a kind) and rollerblades and some ramps Btw, I saw you still read Ssott thread. You're welcome to join us in our battles too.

I hear ye - was college level rugby player, school and club soccer player and raced road bikes and even off-road (what was called cross-country back then but basically mountain biking with narrow tires!!), all in late teens - even competed for the golf club etc. Was prob fittest ever though like you in my time in the military. Current goal is to just get my ass in gear (read time!) with just two sports right now it would be a win in my book - need to get my rear in gear this year! That was terrible

You could always tell who was from nyc and who had moved to nyc......the transplants were usually momentarily stunned and smiled/said hello back.........the natives were generally just less than civil |
