Misfiring, Coil/plugs?

So on my way home from the city I noticed numbers of 40-155 misfires on MHD log in cylinder 3, shortly after that car got a CEL and a lot of misfire/knock codes on cylinder 3. Looks like I need new Coils/Plugs service. Still on stock coils and plugs while FBO w/ MHD e30. What coils/plugs do I get ? Part number?

Pull the plug before doing coils, no need to waste money when it isn't needed and cyl 3 can be pulled without removing everything. I've been running the NGK 95770 @ 0.020 on E30 with no issues.

Was in the same boat. Got new OEM plugs and Delphi coils from Rock Auto. Could be placebo but the engine seems to be silky smooth.
