Hi everyone,

Just wondered if anyone knows the item number for the MPE for my car?

I have a 2012 e92 335i n55 dct and after researching - wanted to get the ppk installed and the MPE.
I've rang my local dealer and have asked on the forum here but worryingly I'm being told that there is no MPE for my car...

Does anyone have any information on this ?
Could it be that it is discontinued ?
I no a lot of people have the MPE for their car ...

Would appreciate your input !

Try the Cotswold's thread in the Classified section if you have not already, provide your reg or last 7 digits of your VIN and they should be able to tell you whether there is one available and the price.

I have already tried asking, and Phil has advised that there is no MPE for the n55, as well as my local dealer.
I've taken what Phil and my local dealer has said - but I do still think it exists (or I'm wishing for it to exist lol)
What's weird is so many people have them fitted to the n55 and threads are on here as well as clips on YouTube.
I find it weird that there is a MPE for a 318/320 but none for the 335..
I really wanted one fitted lol - guess the best next thing is pe mod..

I had the N54 perf exhaust on mine, The back boxes are the same

Do you happen to have the item number..
I wonder why bmw decided not to issue one for the n55.

I'm going to have to buy the exhaust but fit it myself.
I don't suppose a dealer would fit the exhaust..

Do you think by putting the n54 version I would get any error codes.
That's the last thing I want lol..

No errors mate, sounded fabulous, I don't have the part number I've sold the car on, just ask for the performance exhaust for an e92 335i, mind u, the part numbers are different for the e90 or 91, there was one for sale not so long ago on classifieds, the seller had bought one and had changed his mind and was offering it on sale. I remember that ad having the part numbers, have a look pal

It may be that MPE does not exist as this is current branding where the policy is to drop M all over the place.

BMW Performance was branding for range of upgrades on this generation of cars ie E9X.
