TPMS Warning

Hi guys.. I've had my 318D (2016) for about a week now and it's only done 4500 miles, however, the tyre pressure warning keeps alerting me when I'm doing 50+ mph. It's happened around 4x over the past week and I have checked on multiple occasions my tyre pressure are fine. From what I can remember, 32psi for front and 35psi for back.

Of course, the vehicle is still under warranty, so I have booked it in for BMW to check the sensors, but has anyone else had this problem and what it was?

Cheers.

p.s this is my first BMW and I absolutely love it!

I went to BMW and the guy basically blamed it on the cold weather and the sensors being "too sensitive for its own good" although, even when trying to reset it either doesn't move from 0% or gets stuck at 49%.

Or sometimes it works perfectly, and resets within minutes and works good for a day or two... stupid gimmick if you ask me.

I just installed snows (purchased from the Tirerack) that I used for the last 3 years on a 2014 GT onto my new 440i Gran Coupe. I get the warning, And every time I try to reset it too stops at 49% (after 15 min or so). I was thinking my old sensors aren't capatible with the new car? Anyone have any advice? Dealing with that warning every time I start up is driving me crazy.
