Crooked Headlights. Reason?
Hi All,
I recently had my headlights replaced by a dealer after my car (2009 328i) was involved in an accident with a deer. The dealer replaced the left (passenger) side lights. (I am not sure if he also replaced the lights on the driver (right) side or not. He has not yet shared those details with me). After the replacement, my headlights look crooked. Especially when seen from a certain distance. Attached are three images:
I asked the dealer about this and this is what he said: "new headlight needs to "burn in," and the two lights will look the same over time". I seriously doubt this claim. It has been almost a month now. I want your suggestion on following three questions:
Thank you. |

If the dealer just replaced them, and it's wrong, why not go back to the dealer..?? They're response to your concern is complete BS, bring it back and ask for a manager.. Be pissed a little, but not too much, just stay respectful yet demanding, it'll get you a bit further..
