Exclamation 376.2 WHP with JB2H !!

First of all no bashing and no tune vs tune wars!

Dynoed today, weather was hot 95F, on a Dyno Dynamics that is calibrated like a Dynojet. Printer wasn't working so I couldn't get a print out of my run!!

supporting mods:
- Pump Gas 98 RON
- JB2H + o2 sim (JB2H only! Not JBR or JB2HR or JB2HH or JB2HHR)
- UR DPS + AA cat-back
- RPI FMIC
- Logic HVI + air scoops (5" filter replaced with 6" filter element)

Phone camera:

Slightly larger Filter

Thanks!

Just a note for those with the Logic HVI, I highly recommend installing some air scoops and replacing the snorkel with a 325i/328i intake duct as well as the brake duct mode, especially if you've noticed some power drop below 80mph, you're in for a surprise

Is this the dyno where you have to take the Wheel off to dyno?
If it is then this would explain the high numbers.

Also, (side note) why would you have the scoops if you are using this type of intake? It doesn't seem like the filter is in the line of fire with the scoops.

It reads slightly higher than a dynojet on this type of dyno I believe... At least that is the case on a Dyno Dynamics type dyno.

Nop it's not a dynopack it's a dynodynamics, and dynodynamics are known to read lower numbers than dynojets.

This pic is 2 weeks old I have a 325i intake duct installed now.

The guy at the shop was really impressed, told me that a stock 335i dynoed 250 something on their dyno a few months back.
He seemed worried about the transmission as the torque appears to be waay high.

My car dynoed at 289.9 on a dynodynamics when it had the PROcede V1 only!

People seem to be missing the fact that the dyno was "calibrated like a dynojet." So technically they are not normal Dyno Dynamics numbers. Those would be much lower.

Not sure why shops do this. Doesn't really serve a purpose except for inflated numbers. Why not just let the dyno read the way it's supposed to for more accurate numbers?

Yep, those numbers seem reasonable for a dynojet type reading.

I think some in this thread are confused and think you put down 376whp on a regular dyno dynamics.
