E60 MHD only hittting 14-15psi

Hey guys,

I got a 2011 335is with a 7 inch inter cooler, charge-pipe, and cat-less down pipes as the title shows I'm only hitting 14-15.1psi I was wondering why? Could I have not put enough e85? I put 7.6 gallons of e85 and the rest 91 with 10% of e85 I'm on the stock fuel pump and have been logging making sure I don't drop below 50 on the fuel pressure (which I did, dropped to 47 (first time)) and the rail pressure above 1000... Here are some logs:

Note: This is my first time putting e60 in my car. Looking at stage 2 fuel it.. limited funds atm.

Hey guys, never mind I found a boost leak on the passenger side of the inner cooler fixing it right now.... only question now is if I added the right amount of e60 to my tank. Will update once I fix the leak see if I'm hitting 21psi

You CAN NOT run E60 safely with the stock LPFP...

ahh ok I thought I would be able too, since I didn't see any bad signs when I had e40 fuel pressure was above 50... and read some cars reacts different with ethanol so I thought I'd give it a try.. wanted more boost haha. I also did not know the e60 tune would only get me to 18psi I thought it would get me to 21psi no wonder I didn't see that haha only hitting about 17psi with the boost leak fixed... might have another since I'm not hitting 18 will check later.. I'll go back to 91 as soon as I run out of the ethanol in my tank right now and will only go e40 if I go for a cruise with my friends (logging making sure its safe of course) and try e60 when I upgrade my fuel pump to stage 2. Thanks for the help and input everyone.

FYI- V5.1 E40 map makes 21psi and is the most powerful OTS Wedge/MHD map.

Keep in mind that knock sensitivity on that map has been adjusted.

well, count me in on seeing low boost targets on the ots e60 map. I target 15 psi across the whole curve. I target 17 psi tapered to 15 on the e40 map. And I'm hitting that, maybe undershooting the last 1500 rpm by a psi or psi and a half or so, but old turbos and high altitude, so no it's not that I have a boost leak or anything. The timing advance on the e60 is a few degrees more aggressive and the fueling definately is, I ran this for one tank and my lpfp that never has gone below 60's on e40 dipped below 50 a few times. It's a weird map. It also idles a bit weird on my car, I thought I was going nuts, but switched back to e40 and it idles much more smoothly.

Guys...boost is only one piece of the puzzle. We aren't talking about 1991 Eagle Talons here.

Ever wonder what load target and load request were for on those pretty little data graphs, or nah..??

I understand tuning, it's just weird that it targets lower boost, when it could easily target a few psi higher, very safely, and make more power. The really weird part for me is that e40 targets higher boost. I'm going custom tuned anyways as soon as I get inlets, but I just thought I'd throw in my observations of this OTS map.

I heard that if you remove the floor mat, you could see as high as 101.
