OFHG replacement labor cost

I have a leaking Oil Filter Housing Gasket. 08 328i N51 engine.
I watched few DIY videos - it involves removing the air filter box and then there are 3 bolts. It does require a long extender but other than looks simple.

I have been quoted anywhere from $350 - $650 for labor cost.

Am I missing something? Have people here done OFHG replacements?
Does it require more changes than just removing housing and replacing gasket?

if not why so much labor charges?

Here's the pelican parts tutorial:

It's pretty easy, I did mine and took me just 15-30 min.
