Tracking E90 - First Time

Hi

I'm due to go on track (Blyton Park) with the my Pre LCI 330i.

I've booked in for a brake and fluid change, have ordered a Shoft (replacement for CG-Lock).

My car is an SE and is mechanically standard except for mv3 alloys.

I would love to get some suspension modifications but its not going to happen just now.

Anything I should look out for?

Thanks

Tyres are the correct pressure and have a decent amount of life left in them, as track use will wear them fairly quickly especially if it's hot.

Just make sure all fluids are topped up and fresh.

If they offer tuition, take it, it's the best thing you'll do, you'll learn more in the one 15 minute session than an entire day driving on your own.

Check on all those three.

I've had tuition before but that was three years ago, may get a refresher

It's been a couple years since my last track day but the company I did it with tuition was free and I took it every single time, like I said it's pretty much the best thing you can do and there's always stuff to learn.

Make sure you put racing brake fluid in otherwise you will suffer brake fade after track abuse!

Check your pads after the track day. Blyton is savage on brakes.
