wipers
Can you feel your wipers through your pedals? I was getting some thumping feedback through my clutch and brake pedals. Turns out it was my wipers. Is this normal?

I experience the same thing. I just bought the car and hope a new set of blades make it go away. Seems ridiculous the mounting system for the motor and linkage isn't more isolated if it isn't the blades.

My F150 does the same thing, tons of posts for the truck if you google it, and no real answer. Likely case seems to be the wiper motor torquing the firewall enough to be felt in the pedal mount or an ABS power circuit feedback.
Something tells me since I read this, I will now be able to feel it in the Bimmer. Damn. |
