2008 535xi erratic idle, pops into neutral

Not sure if anyone has encountered this issue before however I have a 2008 535xi that intermittently shows this issue. When you first start it the idle bounces around, the transmissions pops into neutral. Sometimes the car drives fine. Attached are the codes, but once you erase them there are no codes in the car until the issue happens again.

I googled only two of the codes both indicate new software would resolve, one for transmission CF33, the other for 2DED:

I didn't have an erratic idle however at low rpm my car would pop into neutral. It was a gasket between the valve body and transmission that developed a crack. I diy'd and the part was under 20$ if I remember right.
