Battery registration in north San Diego

I need to have my battery registered and coded. The specs are different than the last one. Anyone with a reasonable rate in north SD (Oceanside, Encinitas, Carlsbad, etc)? Please lmk.

There is a guy named 'Jeef' on the forums that helps San Diego people out. I know hes active in the San Diego chat thread, pretty sure he could take care of you
