Sony Ericsson P900 + Bluetooth??

Can someone confirm whether the SOny Ericsson P900 phone does/does not work with the new E90 BMW's Bluetooth? I was told they fixed problems from previous years, so someone with this could check I would REALLY appreciate it! Thanks!

Yea, I was at my BMW dealer, and he gave me a list of "non compatible phones". These included the nokia 7650, the sony ericsson P800 and P900.

Exclamation P910 possibly; P800 and P900 not compatibe

The P910 may be compatible, as the version of Symbian that runs on the P910 is able to support the necessary handsfree BT profile that BMW uses (assuming that the 3 series BT is the same as the 5/6 series) implementation. The P800 and P900 are definitely not compatible. My experience: I had a P900 that didn't work with my new 6. I upgraded to a P910 (with the latest version of the Symbian OS) and it now works well. The car and phone work well to send/receive calls, etc. However, the car is unable to obtain a copy of the phone book, which points to incompatibility of the OBEX profile (apparently the BMW folks did not test with SonyEricsson!).
