Positive, Enthusiastic and Motivated Person wanted for Sales/Tech Assistant position. We are an aftermarket automotive parts manufacturer based in Baldwin Park. We are currently looking for a motivated, positive, and enthusiastic person to add to our team. The primary job duties involve answering phone calls from customers and providing customer service, social media, events, etc. We offer a friendly environment with a foundation of core work values. Every day here is slightly different, but if you are enthusiastic about cars and have great work ethic and drive, you will fit in just fine. Job Duties & Description: - Provide professional customer service to every customer - Filing paperwork & light data entry - Replying back to all emails - Generating sales orders/work orders - Know how update social media -- Instagram, Facebook, Google+ etc. - Have knowledge of Photoshop - Assist the Sales Manager - Knowledge about how cars work. The ideal candidate for this position must possess great verbal and written communication abilities. This person will need to work in a team environment, and have the ability to interact with customers with a positive attitude. The right candidate will be very dependable, self-motivated, well organized, and possess a high level of attention to detail. The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, comprehension of general accounting principles, and general PC proficiency. Added bonus if the candidate has familiarity with the aftermarket car marketplace and the enthusiast community. Examples of knowledge you will need is wheel & tire fitment, benefits of performance products such as intakes, exhausts, ECU software, and other important details about making vehicles better. Requirements: - Available full time, 40 hours per week - Must work from our Baldwin Park, CA location - Proficient with computers - Ability to articulate and write grammatically - Professional phone etiquette - Ability to listen and follow direction - Excellent problem solving and organizational skills - Ability to multi-task Preferred Qualification: - Automotive and parts knowledge (BMW, Audi, ETC) - Proficient in all general computer skills (E-Mails, MSOffice, Etc.) - 1-2 years of experience in an office administration or sales. - Web forums and internet computer skills - Ability to multi-task - Knowledge of aftermarket performance marketplace (a plus) Pay: - This is an entry level position; pay is DOE.
