Why? Do you? Is your car a 02/08 model?

My E92 has an 02/08 build date, and was flashed with Dinan software without issues on Friday, so it didn't have the newer DME.
Is that why you're asking? PS Holy cow, what a transformation. The power is incredible.

i have a 2/08 135 and i hear its a bit of a pain to get to the ecu to check what version it has. so i was curious if anion with a 2/08 n54 got a v81. i know there are a lot of people with 2/08 that have v80, but this doesn't logically prove that all 2/08 cars have v80. if there is someone with a 2/08 that has a v81 this would prove that not all 2/08's have v80s

^I haven't done it before. And its a 135. Is it the same procedure to get to the ECU? I thought it was harder. For example, I know you can't install the sstt without removing the intake on a 135 or getting to it from under the car.
Can anyone answer my original question? Anyone with 2/08 on the driver's door with v81 on the ecu? thanks |
