About 3 to 4 hours labour I'd say....
inc fluids and a bleed. You'd also be wise to let someone bed them in for you, unless you're confident to do it yourself. SJ |

BBK KIT
I am visiting my local scum bag dealer to see the warrenty man about my rusty hubs and a light thats full of water droplets this friday .Im after a goodwill gesture and am going to suggest a sizable credit against the bbk ,ie what ever the value of replacing my hubs and labour cost removed from a complete bbk install .I was hoping they would fit the kit for free and bill that as warrenty and a slice of the bbk equal to the replacement hubs what do you think ? It must be worth a try .Failing that im going to take a drive up to Ants workshop for the work to be done along with a remap and some m3csl rims .
I have a few bits on ebay and when i sell them im having my 325 d personalised |

Hi Carlos
Do you wish the dealer that replaced your discs had told you these BBK were becoming available ? or do you think under normal road use they are just a gimmick and a waste of money

normal road use yes, but if you've mapped the car and are spanking it, you'll appreciate the extra stopping power for sure.

I dunno, really, since I started working on the track I'm using them less anyway...
Just realised how heavy I was on them before... I reakon to be honest I'll try a pad change first, then if not happy will just get some AP's Might Make Tony an offer for his, Infact I nearly put them on mine last time I was at Birds... Tony obviously don't want them anymore... SJ |
