Delays in 335xi

Disclaimer: This may be in the wrong forum...

I was told be my dealer that my current order would be for June production, July delivery.

Does that seem accurate?

FYI, i'm in Toronto, Canada.

Can you let me try and do that to you?

go to you're dealer and tell 'em to give you the car tracking number, and then go to a website and track you're car all the way from Germany - Toronto or whereever the port is.

July delivery - I think I would wait and order in July for late September delivery and pay the same to get a year newer car!

That is pretty hard to do.

The BMW just calls your name while you are waiting for it, so prolonging the wait time is well....agony.

i ordered april 4, 2007 and took delivery june 16. so if you just ordered then that sounds about right. trust me though the wait is worth it

I ordered on Saturday, I was hoping for a May production.

I guess i'm just too impatient...

well if you just ordered on saturday, then it's about right.

I wonder if we canucks get the same tracking system or something similar so that i don't always have to go back and bother my sales rep

Just came back from my dealer. There was a cancellation!

I'm in for production in week 20 and delivery in June!

I was told today that if I change my order from a 335i to a 335xi I could get my car built in June instead of July with the 335i.
