75k miles! Wow. Are you sure you're not better off purchasing that? That's an incredibly high monthly payment. You must do a lot of traveling for a work.

I did not LEASE it.. Financed it.. and here's why

Did a 5 year tax advantage loan.. Numbers worked out strongly for it...

5.75% rate and TAX deductible.

At the end of three years.. 36 months..

Loan Payments: $42199.92 LEASE payment total = $42155.33

51% Residual: $30850
Principal on Loan $26,516.05
Equity in Car: $4334 (given the above Lease assumed residual)
Interest Deducted: $7716.07
38% tax Bracket $2932 saved tax

So, if the 51% residual holds true.. then I have saved $4334 + $2932- $44.59
which is $7551.41...

The car would have to be worth $23298.59 (30850 - 7551.41) at three years, for me to break even. That is 40% of the orginal price..

Plus I get the flexibity of ownership.

Lesson.. Always "run the numbers" and compare..

Is this a BMWFS lease or a 3rd party?

I'm not sure where they get the $895 acq fee when the maximum amt with BMWFS is $825 ($200 mark-up).

Also you might want to consider a 2-yr lease. Why would you want to be responsible for maintenance/warranty on a car that you don't own. Based on your numbers, your free warranty/maintenace will be out in 2-yrs.
