torque limiter kicking in 6mt help please

I am having a problem with the torque limiter kicking in at low rpm and more than 15% throttle, is ok after 4knrpm or light application. originally thought it may be fuel pump or injectors but replaced them and no change. recently dsc fault has appeared. I dont know if this is linked or not. does anyone have an ideas?

dsc now ok but still getting 502 torque limiter
