BMW E90 EGR questions (pictures included)
Hi all,
So when I purchased the car I was told it had the EGR done, DPF gutted and mapped. I then done a video flooring it to 60MPH and when I compared to a stock 330D youtube video it was no different which got me wondering if anything has been done to it. So first off, the EGR, if im not mistaken you even blank the EGR off itself with blanking plates or block the EGR vacuum. Is the picture of the pipe with silver around it coming off the DPF the vacuum hose that's supposed to be blocked? It certainly doesn't look like it? I've also attached a picture of the EGR itself but it looked stock? EGR Vacuum? EGR EGR Vacuum |

It's not the EGR vacuum pipe in Your pictures, it's a DPF pressure pipe that goes to DPF pressure sensor, but it's not connected (i believe because the DPF is removed).
EGR vacuum pipe should be on the right side of EGR, there is a small nipple. |
