Niche wheels
So I'm looking for input on Niche brand wheels. I'm looking at a set of Zurich for my 66 chevelle. They are 17x8 & 17x10 custom offset 2pc. This is the last thing this car needs to be finished. I put down $100 deposit to get show price and the total is $2900. Anyone know anything about Niche or have any experience with getting custom 2pc forged wheels delivered. They are going on this car.

Dude, no offense, but try posting it on a Chevelle or whatever the crap that car is. No one cares here about domestic POS. This is more a BMW forum if you haven't guessed yet

Thanks for the input. I have an e90 and figured that since most members here have some wheel experience, I might get some thoughts. Your thoughts are pretty useless. Maybe you should post in 1 of the "what kind of oil?" threads. I'm sure your knowledge will be useful there.

All I can tell you about niche is that they've been around a long time. If they haven't tanked, there's a good chance they're doing something right. What they're doing right, I can't tell you. I think some black HRE ff04's would look pretty awesome on that ride.

for me, unless you're keeping it strictly OEM, something with a bit more 'presence' is needed than that Zurich model (not a fan of black within polished silver/chrome either-- tends to look 'dated' in short order in my book), although I can see it working with all silver or grey/gunmetal.
Within the same series of wheels my first choice would be silver finish Element or LeMans, although the black would look good with against the red. Can't help select the proper oil... |

Thanks for the input guys. The car is a real SS396 and has the blackout rear panel. I think the gloss black will look good with that. It's hard putting a modern wheel on a classic. I like the polished rim as it kinda looks like a trim ring.
