After market Amp with Hi-Fi System Sub

I don't want t lost trunk space. So, what I am trying to do is: Install a Aftermarket amp at the trunk, and connect it to the sub under the seat, so I got more power / Low-Passed singal to the sub....which should give me better sound. Anyone done this yet? If so, which wire is going to the sub under the seat? And should I get the input from the factory amp output to the sub? __________________ E90 - 330i Arctic Metallic -> X3 M40i (Soon)
