Charge Pipe Replacement any recommendations?

I have to change out my OFHG here soon and wanted to swap out the OEM Charge Pipe at the same time since I'll be down there anyway. Any recommendations? Only mods to the car so far are UUC / Corsa Cat Back Exhaust and Burger DCI.

I was looking at the Phoenix Racing Aluminum Replacement Charge pipe seems pretty inexpensive and well made.

Will a charge pipe increase HP or is it basically a preventative maintenance issue?

Look at BMS or VRSF

I prefer to recommend ER or VRSF. Phoenix is ok. No real gains with the pipe unless yours is cracked. Other people replace it because they want to switch to a BOV. You could potentially find minimal gains upgrading your DV. As they age & wear they can be prone to leak.

I have the cp-e charge pipe and I'm happy with it. It's a little more expensive but I like the look of it. VRSF should be just as good for an inexpensive option. Anything is going to be better than the cheap plastic OEM CP.

With stock turbos your fine with a VRSF or ER. I use to have an ER with HKS bov on my OEM and RB turbos. It definitely did the job well.

I found a company called ARM that has very high quality parts with great reviews for very reasonable prices. I'll probably go with them once it's time to upgrade.

I would get a Chargepipe + upgraded diverter valve/bov combo. DEFINITELY benefited from upgrading my chargepipe and diverter valves to forge diverter valves. The stock cp and dv were leaking a good amount and i was never able to meet my target boost. i upgraded to forge dv and vrsf cp and haven't had too many problems since.

With a tune, you may get some benefit in terms of hitting boost. The main value add is that the stock stuff breaks!

Was this the new re-released Cobb CP with the black wrinkle finish, or the original one with the glossy gray finish? I've been thinking about getting the new one...

These are extra, you can just reuse OE connections
