just thought i would share..
hey guys just thought i would share. i havent posted in a while. while i was leaving work, i was fiddling with my keys and they slipped out of my hands and fell on the concrete..i go to pick it up and the bmw logo on the unlock button fell of..i was like wtf??? now it just doesnt feel the same. haha

haha. this has happened to a lot of guys. just take it to your dealership and ask for a new one. hopefully they'll give you a new one without questions. if not, you can argue that the key is part of the car, therefore it is under warranty and should be replaced without having to pay anything.

thanks for the posts guys..i just may take it to the dealer..
if they say no, i'll just put the key in the slot and say its part of the car now..lol
