Bay Area: Who owns this p-car?

No pics sorry. I was on the road. she was on 101 north exiting lawrence expressway.

Spotted a modded white targa 4s. thought it was a GT model because of the wing. chrome/polished wheels. red bbk. saw some white sticker on the rear window but i couldn't make it out.

and best of all, a freaking female driver!

umm and how does this have to do with a bmw? Is it a special model i don't know about?
