June issue of MLE Debuts Dinan s2 ecu upgrade
In the June issue of Modified Luxury and exotic, they test the newest 335i out of dinan. The car has s2 ecu upgrade, upgraded oil cooler, intercooler, and exhaust and is quoted as making 407 hp and 429 ft lbs of tq. According to the article peak boost maxes out at 13.3 psi. Is it just me or does this seem like more of the same from dinan? The whole article mentions engineering or engineer 15 times. 15 engineers on staff, blah blah engineering... blah blah "the other guys use piggy backs and fake out the ecu ... where we have engineered blah b;ah lines of codes to use the factory ecu ". Just to be straight... this is NOT RWHP numbers... they are flyuwhee. I would post scans of the article... but dont think the mods would let me.

April Roundrel issue already had that story.
Why is there no firm date for the s2 availability? Nothing new here.

I wish Dinan and BMW still had good relations. I would get the Dinan tune ASAP.

Are those hp/tq numbers quoted at the fly or at the wheel? Or rather, does it not specify?

Dinan uses flywheel data. They have a freakin' awesome bench. Best data on drivetrain loss at different rpm that I have seen.

What if I already have another catback installed. Can I get just the S2 tune + intercooler (already have the stock oil cooler)?
