Getting ready for pure stage 2, questions

Hi everyone, I've decided to make a purely impulsive decision to get me a Pure stage 2 now rather than in a couple of months (as with all my other mods)

I am trying to gather info to prepare for it, i have a question regarding the tmap sensor:

Bosch 0261230029 MAP sensor

And

bms adapter

Do I just need these two? (Or is 3.5 better (expensive)?)
2011 335ix e90 type A

I am going to install the PS2 along with my waterpump and thermostat. Actually, the failing waterpump is the reason why I got the stage 2 lol... may as well get it all done in one shot 😂

I am currently running JB4+MHD pump BEF, ER chargepipe, VRSF 7" FMIC, VRSF DP, and Remus Race. I have access to E85 to mix to e30.

Is there anything else that needs to be taken care of?

I think next upgrades will be a 535 clutch;I can't pull away fast on 1st-2nd

And then stage 2 LPFP.

Thanks for your input I really appreciate it I look forward to my future beast <3

You mean the 335is/550i clutch.

I'm guessing you won't have enough fuel to reach the limit of the stock TMap sensor so no real reason to replace it until you have the fuel to support that much boost.

Oh nice that's good for now ^^ easy to pop in later when needed.

Oops yes the 335is/550i. I will probably have to get that done sooner as well no?

I'm guessing what I experienced was slip(?), I take off on first, go to second and it doesn't engage and the rpm goes up without any pull, until I ease off the throttle and can continue.

This only happened on 1st and 2nd gears

I would put in new sparks and coils as the upgrades will put extra strain on the electrical system
Also some new 2 inch inlets will give you the extra air flow to allow the turbos to breath
When you install the PS2s a set of high flow oil drains wont hurt, kinked OEM oil lines are turbo killers.
A clean oil supply is very important to prevent your new turbos from failing, Change the oil every 5000 km to prevent metallic contaminates from damaging the bearing and seals. Once they are damaged and leak, your turbos are toast
Lastly get a custom tune to get the best out of your new set up

I had a set of PS2s on my FBO E92.... pulled hard and loved them until they started to smoke
