I'm not one to review - VRSF
While I never thought I would find my self doing this, I believe in helping others and passing it on.
(tdlr; wasted weeks trying to get a response from VRSF for a small $1,300 order which they appear to not want to cancel and refund my money. Highly advise looking else were for parts) I ordered a DCI, Chargepipe, Intercooler and Downpipes from VRSF two weeks ago and immediately noticed I had accidently added two DCI's to my cart on VRSF website. I tried finding an email address for Tiago at VRSF and resorted to the "Contact Us" form to let VRSF know I made a mistake and asked if they either could cancel my order or reduce that item down to a quantity of 1. Three days later, with no update to my order I get a response saying they are away till Friday and they will adjust it than. Still to date, on my order screen it still shows 2x DCI with no adjustment to the CC charge. I than ask for an estimated shipping date and they than three days later again I get a "Next thursday we will have them in stock" At that point, I was frustrated and just wanted to get this order through. I requested that if anything else was to be delayed to cancel my order and I will go somewhere else. It is now Saturday, with no update and no response since I asked for an update on Thursday when I was told the DCI's would be back in stock. I continue to see Tiago log onto the forums and bump his posts but ignore my PM's on here, emails and Facebook messages. In short, I hope by Monday (regardless if they have the parts in stock or not) they cancel my order and I can just move onto a distribute or a dealer who wants my money.

VRSF Bad Communication
It has been over 3 full days since I placed an order with VRSF, my 1st order as well and not off to a good start.
Order still shows 'processing' they have already taken my money and not responding to website inquiries, emails, nor phone #'s I found on the internet. Over 3 business days to process a basic order is pretty bad, poor communications is even worse. |
