3 series - Windshield Wiper & Brake Pedal

For some reason when the windshield wipers are activated and your foot is on the break you actually feel the vibrations of the windshield wiper on the break pedal. Not sure if this exists on other series, but I am pretty sure it occurs on all 3-series models. I have spoken with my dealership and they had a field engineer take a look, but I have not received any feedback. Does anyone know why this exists or better yet -- is there a way to fix this problem? As you can imagine it is pretty annonying to get stuck in the rain and waiting a red light. Any comments/suggestions would be greatly appreaciated... Thanks

It's normal. Clean the blades with washer fluid and it is much better. I am trying to develope a wiper motor insulator kit, but have not had time. I also rarely have my 3 in the rain since I have a bad weather car.
