Rough idle with AC on / yellow warning engine too hot

Hey guys, my vehicle is 328i.
I was on my way home from work last night, i was on idle when waiting on the drive thru lane, rough idle started, so i turned the AC off and it went to normal. I turned on the AC again, rough idle started. (Rpm from 500 to 1000). My desired and normal idle rpm is set at 740.
Then 2 minutes later, yellow temperature warning light came on, which says engine too hot. Drive moderately. I turned the car off, waitied 3 minutes or so, restarted and everything went back to normal.

This afternoon, i started my car, and turned the AC on. I got the rough idle again, so turned the ac off. Half way to my destination, turned the AC on, it was acting normal.
I also have the carly, which i was looking at the temps and water pump indicators, i got the

Actual water pump speed around 40 and up up,
Coolant temp cooling temp unit 92.25'C
Oil temp sensor at 105.3'C
Water pump electronic temp around 85 ish.

Does anyone had the same problem that i had?
Does AC can make our car overheating?
I checked the coolant, which was full. I have got all the services on time.

Thanks in advance,

I did. E-fan error code, and no other codes at all.

That is most likely the ebox fan code you see which has nothing to do with the overheating. Seems like you may have a failing water pump.

Yup. I had that e box fan thing from like a month ago.
So yeah that's what i guess too. Probably the water pump starting to fail? So it works and then stop working i guess. When i monitored with Carly, it looked good and no overheating warning came on..

If you never had the water pump replaced then I would do it before it fails especially if you go out of town and limited to options with shops and availability on parts. Seems like the water pump is dying, but get it diagnosed to know for sure.

yea sounds mostly like a water pump to me. Mine went out all of the sudden, started with the overheat yellow then went red in a few hours and doesn't let you drive so i would check it out asap. I HIGHLY recommend Loo316 . Cheapest you will ever find in south florida, do it with him trust me.
