Intake Manifold Removal - How to remove rear acoustic cover?

Hi All,

<-- Update -->
With the three bolts removed it does allow for a little wiggle room which was just enough to pull it out.

So weather is okay so thought it's about time I sorted the intake manifold out, I've removed most of the trim at the back but I cannot for the life of me work out how to remove the rear acoustic cover? It blocks the last two bolts for the Intake manifold and trhe only guides I've come across are on slightly different engines which don't seem to have this cover in the way.

Cheers.

Hi Tadaska, I just the minute figures out how to remove it, the problem was you can't pull the plastic out as there's a metal pipe the runs along. What you do is put your fingers in the holes where the strut braces go in and push it down towards the engine, then you slide it to the right and it comes out no problem! But now I need to make a new post because the bloody vacuum pipe seems impossible to pull off! And with the little room you have at the back it just makes it so much harder :/
