How can I get check engine light ON
HPFP is still under warranty/recall. It has been long cranking in last 2 years. I mean 3-4 second long cranks, bad news is it does it sometimes. Dealership doesn't replace it because there is no check engine light. Is there any way I can unplug something and get a light through HPFP?

You'd need a code for the hpfp, not just any CEL.

Occasional long cranks can be other things too. Leaky injector(s) is a high possibility. I had the same issues a few years back.

Unplug your HPFP pressure sensor. Computer might realize it's unplugged though and give a code for the sensor itself. But if the DME doesn't see the correct pressure from the HPFP it'll throw the HPFP code and unplugging this sensor is the only thing I can think of.
