Bmw E93 & Seats Scratch

Hi,,
I would like to know if there any BMW E93 owners have mirror scratch or paint remove from the cover plastic of seats ..If yes how to fix those scratches or this covers is under warranty?

is that a wear mark from the belt?

That is good old fashion BMW trim peeling. Go to your dealership and they should replace it for free. I have had mine replaced once and need to go back for some more.
