SSTT or Dinan for 335?

I know this has probably been beaten more times than a dead horse, but I am contemplating these 2 options. I have ruled out the vishnu and the JB options as I do not want to go digging into the ECU unless I can find someone locally qualified to do so. I like the idea of the plug and play SSTT and especially the price, but is the dinan flash worth all the extra money? If you take the warranty issue out of the loop would you still go with the dinan or the SSTT? I like the specs I see of the vishnu product, but don't want error codes, etc. Just want something reliable and adding some extra punch. Is the SSTT mod really noticable when you hammer down or should I just pony out the rest of the dough for the dinan? I have a 07' 335i with steptronic. Thanks for any insight. I am leaning toward the SSTT if it is really a noticable difference from stock.

there is a 7 day return policy gurantee, try out the SSTT if you dont like it return it. that def makes for a good choice, i run one in my car aswell.
if you dont seem to enjoy then go with the dinan. i recommened driving the dinan car first, the power and speed difference is almost none.between both tunes, they both have there ups and downs.

there are definite gains in power from stock. you maintain stock drivability, reliability and the tune is simple to install/deinstall.

throw in some race gas in you'll fly.

go with the SSTT over Dinan. Two thumbs up from me!

+3 on the SSTT.

Easy PnP
Good power gains
Don't have to go in the ECU
* BMW doesn't flag your for being tuned, as they do with Dinan
We're are talking about difference of almost ~ $1,500

His ECU will get flagged if his service department performs the supposed new software update with the new tune detecting/preventing programming if he goes with the SSTT.

Benefits of Dinan: Whatever happens with your BMW warranty, Dinan will pick up your warranty for you.

Also, which is a good aftermarket exhaust that may help pick up a few ponies? I was thinking the borla as the price seems pretty good.

search the for sale threads... there is always one going on sale, and you'll get it at a bit of a discounted price, then if you don't like it just sell it to someone else...

I found a place online that is $519, have yet to see a price better than that. Now I am trying to decide on an exhaust. Do any of the exhausts offer a decent power gain?

I'd hold off on buying anything right now, tune-wise.

Don't forget that some dealers sell the SSTT in the parts dept. It is as accepted by BMW as Dinan is
