Fast Growing Plants / Seeds

I'm looking for recommendations for fast growing plants to provide privacy in our backyard; specifically, the ditch pictured below. If I can just buy seeds and throw them in there, that would be even better.

Thank you.

I like bamboo, but it might be too much trimming

Is Florida 420-freindly? It was always the tallest "weed" on my grandpa's farm in Iowa.

According to my uncles and grandpa, UNFORTUNATELY in Iowa the weeds were always hemp. Great for making rope, but corn stalks give a better relief from the stresses of farming.

Not to say one probably couldn't find a decent supply of semillas that would grow something other than hemp.

I've seen this type of plant, Clusia, grow fast, thick and is pretty resistant to pests.
