If the rear 02 sensors are in the wrong plug. Would the car not run right ?

Correct. If your primary is where your secondary should be, it'll run poorly & throw codes

Does it matter if the how the secondary are plugged in. Like 1-3 and 4-6 cylinder

If your secondaries are in the wrong bank, you'll throw codes, but it'll run fine

That's what I thought. Just finished with my single turbo. But I'll getting a code for the02 sensors. I got the adv sensors
