Motor Trend: Randy Pobst Reviews Volvo V90
Those of us who pays some what attention to Motor Trend, knows recently Jason Cammisa has left Motor Trend. So... if you are thinking who is replacing him for reviewing? Well they found someone definitely better in Randy Pobst. I don't hate Jason, but I dislike his way of talking about cars. (aka, thank god.)

I didn't hate Jason, he was a bit sophomoric but then so am I, and I always enjoyed Randy and kind of wished they used him more. I'll keep watching.

It doesn't work, he's a race car driver and i love him in that role as a reviewer of the track performance but this is Volvo wagon, handling is hardly first priority.

I wonder if he typically dresses like that as I typically only see him in his racing gear.
or did they GQ him up with a scarf for this particular review. I like Randy. Someone is discrediting him because he's a race care driver? I am pretty sure race car drivers are in tune enough with cars to know how they ride and if the seats are comfy and how quiet it is. I know that he is getting old, but I am sure he can still hear if the car is comfy quiet at highway speed. |

I like Randy. Uptick! I also like that V90 (non cross country). Saw a clean black one one cruising on the highway and was enamored by it. It's presence is something that you have to see and you will understand what I am referring to.
