E90 Clear Corner Headlights...???

So, I am really interested in swapping out my current headlights on my 2006 E90, to the euro-style, clear corner angel eyes, so I can get rid of the ugly amber corners. I know there have been previous posts regarding this, but, I have still yet to hear any feedback on peoples purchases and results. I, along with the rest of you I'm sure, have seen the ones listed on eBay for like $300 bucks, but, am very hesitant to get them because of the quality I am sure they are, but, who knows, maybe they are just fine. And then there are the OEM ones from Germany for like $1800 including shipping. I dont know, I am just wondering if anyone has some feedback and/or pictures of the ones listed on eBay, or another alternative solution to my dilemma, without hopefully having to spend like 2 grand!

Im anxiously awaiting some info.... thanks!!!

MDS82 replaced the amber with carbon fiber, you might want to pm him and talk to him. I wanna do the samething, cuz rite now i have my head lights tinted and between the cops and my headslights being dim, its pissin me off. I absolutely hate the amber and refuse to peel the tint without getting rid of the amber. I subscribed to this post so keep me updated.

why would you tint the headlights? You have Xenons right?

I dont get why people would want to tint the headlights...then you really cant see at night....

Yea i have xenons, my whole car is murdered out, i wanted to get rid of the amber and originally the shop was just gonna tinted the over the amber, but they said that would be too hard so they did the whole thing. it looks sick during the day so i sacrificed my night time visibility, its really not that bad. But i want my bright ass xenons back.

youd be surprised...Xenons are supposed to help ya at night....when I get rid of my car I dont know how Im going to deal without them.

i remember how they use to be before the tint and a few of my boys have xenons too, i want madd bright headlights now, but i want the amber gone, you guys gotta help me figure something out.

dont do it ebay or jlevi headlights bad quality and u will regret it get the real ones from germany btw dont u have the carbon fiber oem ??

Yeah I do.. someone else pulled this thread up asking a question, as you'll see if you scroll up a few posts... I originally started this thread over a year ago.. Since then, YES, I bought a set of the OEM Xenon's, and had Marc do the CF corner mod to them.. Couldn't be happier!!

I'm the same as ^. I can't message mds or get ANY further info on this. I would like to get this done if possible and I don't really want to spend $600 to replace/upgrade the whole headlight when all i really want is to get rid of the amber corners. Can anyone please HELP us?
