HELP: E92 Front Seat Removal. No Power. Bolts Covered

Hey guys, my driver's side front seat stopped working, The lumbar and side bolsters still work, but nothing else does. Fuses are good. I managed to get the side trim off and replaced the switch but no dice. I have a replacement module but cannot get to it. The seat is all the way down and far enough back to cover the the 2 rail bolts in the back, so I cannot remove the seat. I tried removing the 2 front bolts to see if it will give me some room to work with under the seat, but once again, no dice.
Is it possible to move the seat forward any other way so I can remove it?

Give the motor 12v to move it

My E90 seats had 2 power wires run to each. One wire ran the main seat and the other powered the heat and lumbar. Each had their own fuse. Unplug the yellow connector under the seat and confirm that both the thick red wires have power.

Thanks. I thought about this but I can't get my hands that far under the seat. The seat is at it's lowest setting. I can get to the module but there is not enough room for me to unplug everything.

Discovered my seat not working all of a sudden. No forward/back, up/down, or seat back movement at all. Also no seat heat. Turns out after looking closely that the spade lug attached to the heavy brown/ground going into the back of the driver side seat module fatigued and broke in the connector. I found this because I could see the metal of the lug sticking out the rear of the power connector. I could hold the wire in and the seat works again. I've ordered a new harness for my car and what look like the appropriate spade lugs, just in case. Hopefully one of these solutions will work.

Turns out that sitting in the seat stresses this connector. Crummy design BMW.

For anyone who comes across this thread in the future I have made a video showing the quickest way to remove seats from a wrecked or junkyard E90 when it has no power or controls.

Thats funny I did exactly that yesterday while trying to get some sport seats. It definitely works if parts aren't flooded..

Thanks to everyone that has put this thread together! I took bits and pieces of all of the above and combined for my needs, and it worked great! FWIW I pulled the power feed wiring in front of the connectors and cut into that. It protects the junction ends so you don't need to re-wire and works great. A single red power wire, but two brown grounds. One is for the airbag, but as long as you don't power the yellow wire, you shouldn't have any pyrotechnics. Here's a short video showing what I did:
