Testing Diverter Valves
Has any of you guys tested or know how to test DVs to ensure they are not opening at lower boost pressures than they should be. I did a couple of tests today but I cannot see how what I did would work. I pressurised the DV using a tyre valve and tyre pump. I had a small hose connecting the top of the DV with the CP side so that both sides of the Valve were seeing the same pressure. This didn't appear to prove anything as I could get up to 30psi without the valve opening. I thought at full throttle both sides would see the same pressure but this must be incorrect. I also did a vacuum test on the top to prove there was no leakage around the valve. Both DVs held a constant vacuum negative pressure without leakage. I need a test to prove the springs in the DVs are doing there job.

Your test has proven that they're doing their job. The entry to the DV sees the same pressure as the vacuum fitting under boost (minus a very, very small pressure drop from the charge pipe bend and throttle body). With the vacuum hose unhooked, you should also be able to put at least 2.5psi through the entry without it opening. If it stays closed, you're definitely good.
