Optimum Transmission Temperature Range?

Hi guys,

Can anyone tell me what the optimum operating temperature range for a 2007 335I transmission is? I've played around with the MHD Monitoring App and can now see my transmission temp, wondering what the maximum safe working temp would be.

The typical temperature range for ATF is 80-100°C.

Temperatures below this will create inefficiencies and reduce the durability of the transmission.
Temperatures above this will have instability in the fluid and degradation will occur.
