Rubbing Noise near front right wheel

Whats up guys. I was backing out of my driveway this morning and I as I turned my wheel to the left, I noticed there was a sort of grinding sound from the front right wheel. Almost as if it was rubbing. But when I turn the wheel and look at the fender there is no rubbing.. I'm wondering if this is the break or maybe strut??

I'm lowered with H&R sport and my front tires are 235

Any idea what this could be?
