Is My Battery Failing

Over the last 3/4 days some things have started playing up, the passenger door is not locking/unlocking on the fob, and the headlights, when unlocking the car they are fine and dipped beam is where it should be, when starting the car the dipped beam points right down on the ground. It's not the self levelling as I checked that and it's still connected.

As it's still on the original battery would it be signs of the battery getting old?

Usually a fudged battery will cause all sorts of issues.
The wife's R56 Mini started to disable certain features like Stop/Start etc when the battery was at 50% strength.
