Please help - forge valves -- fixed

Got forge diverter valves to fit. Followed the forge instructions but when it comes to refitting it all, the air box sits on top of the vacuum lines.

The instructions say you can turn a lock ring and adjust the position of the vacuum connectors but mine has no way to do this. The forge instructions showed a valve with a shape at the top to receive a spanner - mine has no such shaping. Any help would be gratefully appreciated!

Ok just did some more searching and read on the new valves like mine the vacuum port is not adjustable.
I can only think I need to cut some of the airbox away

Haha I like your salesmanship.

Think I have the answer - swap the valves front to rear and rotate 180 degrees so vacuum nipples are on the left side of the car away from the airbox

Way back in the day when I had mine, and wanted it to work with a Mr. 5 style intake (i.e. stock box), I got a radiator hose from the autoparts store that had a "J" shape, and oriented one of the valves between the charge pipe and the manifold. I.e. to the side instead of on top. Worked fine.
