VIN Check Help: BMW S1000R Motorcycle

Could anyone run a vin check on a motorcycle I'm considering? It's a 2015 S1000R. VIN = WB10D1203FZ199957

Thanks!!!

Love that bike but not ready to sell my Diavel. I hope it comes up clean for you.

I hope you get a clean bike and a great deal.

Although I do love my Panigale, I have to admit that my outgoing (stolen) S1000rr was the simply the better bike for daily riding.

I love single R's. I'm planning on picking one up next summer and getting rid of my Triumph.

Let us know how you like it!

Settle down young man!

The day before I bought mine I was going to sign the deal on a HP4 Competition. Took a Panigale for a ride and the rest is history!

Checked the bike out for him through our database , seems legit , I'm a s1000rr owner , I ride Ducatis , bmws all day , S1000rr gets my vote for someone who rides more on road then track , the exhaust on the panigale Roasts your behind bad lol!! And the Diavel on the other hand is a beast of a bike as well , one of my other fav bikes !

You MUST have a better riding environment than I do.

I agree that the Panigale is an awesome bike on nice open roads and track days... but daily commuting through a major metropolitan area was much easier and more comfortable on the beemer!

While I don't have a Panigale, I have an 848 with a full Ohlins suspension sprung to my weight modded with the Brembo monoblocks from the 1098/1198. I too would have a S1000RR in my garage if I have had some seat time on it prior to buying the 848. I know the bikes are not in the same category but the way the RR handles and the confidence it inspires just can't be sufficiently described. To be fair, I haven't run the 848 on a track yet to compare my experience with the RR which has been on track.

I'll echo that my (former) Panigale was a bit of a handful for commuting. But it was oh so worth it. What a sweet machine. Miss it bad.

Not to jack the tread from the OP, but after reading many of the posts here, looks like we all agree that these are some impressive machines.

OP, I wish you many safe and happy miles and smiles when you get your single R.

One doesn't commute on a Panigale my friend

That's what the car is for.

lol, I understand 100.

I do use my Panigale for commuting most of the year because I go through withdrawal if I go more that 3 days without spending time with my Italian mistress.
